WHY SHOULD I GET MY LEADS FROM LEADS NEIGHBORHOOD?

  • High Quality Leads – At Leads Neighborhood, we have the highest quality leads available online.  We review and filter all leads prior to sending them out to you.  In fact, we filter out bogus contact information, phone numbers and email addresses.  We then cross-reference several databases to match zip codes to addresses, phone prefixes and IP addresses to identify and remove bad leads.  You will receive a lead with real interest in insurance, in real time, just seconds after they’ve completed a detailed online questionnaire.  Immediately after filling out the questionnaire, you will have acces to their request so you can contact them while they are still hot
  • Prompt Customer Support - We pride ourselves in friendly and personalized customer support.  With Leads Neighborhood, you won’t be an anonymous number in a corporate database; you are a real person.  Our goal is for someone on our team to answer your call immediately, but if for some reason we can’t, we will make sure you have a variety of ways to contact us.
  • Refunds for Bogus Leads – Unlike many of our competitors, we are extremely generous with our refund program.  We want to keep you with us for the long run, so we quickly provide refunds for bogus leads.  No lead provider can guarantee that each and every lead will be legitimate.  Even though we check and double check, some illegitimate leads will make it through our system filters.  We always do our best to minimize them, but if it happens, we’ll take care of you.  There is a simple online form in your lead dashboard to submit your refund request.
  • Latest Hot Leads – Our leads are Carrier-Exclusive, and sent to between 2-4 agents on average, often less.  Our belief is no lead provider can effectively guarantee an exclusive lead.  It is too easy for a potential client to request quotes from multiple websites or agents in today’s market.  That’s why we dont offer “exclusive” (and more expensive) leads.

CAN I LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF LEADS I RECEIVE?

  • Absolutely.  We can work together to set up both a daily and monthly lead limit.  We don’t want to provide you with more leads than you can effectively handle.  Instead, we want to help you hit the sweet spot which keeps your team busy and profitable.

CAN I PAUSE MY LEAD DELIVERY?

  • Of course.  In your lead dashboard, you are able to set your status to inactive with just a few clicks.  This will stop all of your lead delivery.  To start it back up, just change it back to active.

IS IT EASY TO PROCESS REFUNDS?

  • We have a simple system to allows you to return leads either one at a time or multiple at once.  Just select the leads you want to return, the reason for the return and hit submit.  Our goal is to have all refund requests processed and refunded back to your account in less than 48 hours.
